Freeze dried Apriums

Apriums are a combination (cross breed) of apricots and plums. The aprium is mostly apricot (about 75%) while pluots are mostly plum.

The aprium has a sweet tart flavor very reminiscent of apricots but a bit more tart. The skins are thinner than apricot skins and not quite as tart as plum skins.
