Skittles Crunchies

Freeze Dried Skittles.

Tasty.

Crunchy.

I didn't want to do these at first because I thought we'd be taking a perfectly good chewy candy and making it rock hard.  Well, I has wrong. Mostly. The skittles come out crunchy rather than rock hard. And all the wonderful flavor is retained. 

If you haven't tried these before - they are popular for a reason.
